Spamming the Directory is when a Person(s) or Company tries to enter different Company Names for the same Product or Service or a Person(s) or Company tries to enter multiple Registrations, SLURS, Company Names in order to Spam the Categories in the Directory. |

What is the penalty for Spamming the Directory? |

The penalty for Spamming the Directory is immediate and permanent deletion of that Person(s)or Companys account. Spamming the Directory is unacceptable to everyone who visits the Directory for accurate information. |

How many Categories and How Many Keywords is allowed for our Company Name Listing? |

Each Company Name Listing is allowed a maximum of (3) Categories (if they are relevant to your Product or Service), and a maximum of (4) Keywords. Company Names are not allowed to select a Category that is not relevant to their Product or Service. This would be considered Spamming the Directory. |

Can you give an example of a Company Name Listing using (3) relevant Categories. |

For example; if you are an experienced Builder in Second Life, you may also be a Scripter, and a Consultant. In this example you could select the Categories of Builder, Scripter, and Consultant for your one Company Name Listing. In this case your Company Name Listing will show up in all (3) Categories automatically. |

For Example; you are a novice Builder in Second Life and dont do Scripting and dont offer true Consulting Services. You are not permitted to select the Categories of Scripting or Consulting in the hope of getting requests for Building work. Spamming the Categories will result in deletion of your account. |

Can you expain how to use the (4) Keywords for one Company Name Listing? |

Each Company Name Listing is allowed (4) relevant Keywords for that Category. For Example; If you sell Skins in Second Life you could use the Keyword Skin and not use the remaining (3) Keyword available. But, if you Build structures you could use the Keywords Buildings, Castles, Offices, Nightclubs. |

Can you explain how Visitors to the Directory use the Search features? |

There are two ways to Search the Directory. The visitor may Search by any individual Category so the Keywords you use is very relevant. A visitor may also Search ALL for the entire site. Searching ALL is important for finding a particular Company Name or scanning the site for missed information in a Category Search. Both are important methods to Search the Directory. |

Do you allow visitors who review my Company listing to Teleport to my Company location in Second Life? |

Yes, in the Registration page we ask you for your Company X, Y, Z Co-ordinates. We also ask for the Region Name of your Company location in Second Life. You can find this information in the SLRUL of your Company location. Example: http://slurl.com/secondlife/seomna/235/115/33 - In this example seomna is the Region Name, 235 is the X. 115 is the Y, and 33 is the Z Co-ordinate. |
